Design of a new 4,200 sf. elevated walk-way using specialty concrete and new age materials, along Chicago’s magnificent mile, with snow melt systems, specialty LED lighting, and integral landscaping and “green space.”

Allows for an area for viewing and relaxing along Chicago’s most sought after retail district. Provides patio seating for a new 7,500 sf. specialty restaurant at the intersection of Michigan and Grand Avenues in a high visibility area of the city.
