“Prentiss Creek at Downers Grove just got a whole new look. Residents can now enjoy exercising in our state-of-the-art 1,500 square foot fitness center, surfing the web in our cyber lounge, and this summer, can relax by our resort-style swimming pool.”

Project consisted of the expansion and renovation of approximately 10,000 sf. for the community center at Prentiss Creek.

All new HVAC systems serving eight (8) distinct temperature control zones.
Plumbing for outdoor shower facilities for the swimming facilities.
New energy efficient lighting was designed for the renovated facility.
