•  Mid-level to senior level mechanical engineer with at least 10 years of HVAC systems design experience for educational, commercial, residential, residential mix-use experience

•  Perform mechanical engineering work requiring application of standard techniques, procedures, design software, and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related engineering tasks in Heating, Ventilating, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC)

•  Accountable for quality and accuracy of design

•  Coordinate HVAC with all other disciplines, and perform construction administration duties

•  Effective coordination and communication skills

•  Self-starter, focused, well organized and team oriented

Software Experience Required: Working knowledge of AutoCAD, CarrierHAP or Trane Trace HVAC load software and Microsoft Office required.

REVIT experience a plus!

Education/Degree Requirements: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
